Privacy Notice
This notice explains how information is handled in the MNPulse staff timesheet portal. It is written for carers and managers who use the portal for account setup, timesheet submission, review, and payroll export workflows.
Who is responsible
MNPulse Solutions is responsible for the staff timesheet portal and the information processed through it.
Information we handle
The portal handles account identity, work email, timesheet entries, shift and client details, hours, signatures, manager actions, and session or security records needed to run the service.
Why we use it
Information is used to provide account access, support timesheet submission and review, prepare manager payroll workbook exports, maintain security, and keep an accountable record of relevant staff activity.
How it is protected
Personal information is kept in private server-side storage. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies, credentials are stored as hashes, and personal data is not stored in application source code.
Who can access it
Authorised carers can use their own timesheet workflow. Managers can view staff summaries, open submitted timesheets for review, manage active carer access, and download payroll exports where needed.
How long it is kept
Records are kept only for as long as needed for employment, payroll, audit, security, and legal obligations. Disabled accounts no longer have access, while historic records may be retained where required.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion or restriction where applicable, and review of privacy concerns.
